Delete your AIM School account

AIM School is operated by AIM House Malaga S.L. and developed by Locitium Labs Ltd. You can ask us to delete your AIM School account and the personal data associated with it at any time — you do not need to install the app to make this request.

When we receive your request we delete your account and your personal data within 30 days. This includes your profile, login, contact details, push notification subscriptions and your access to children linked to your account.

Two things we must keep: financial and invoicing records, which Spanish tax and commercial law requires us to retain for six years, and safeguarding records, which are kept in line with the School's safeguarding policy and its duty of care. We will tell you what has been retained and why.
