    AIM Primary

We follow the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) for ages 6–11, used in more than 1,000 schools across over 100 countries.

Students learn through experiential, engaging, meaningful thematic units that run for three to six weeks. The curriculum is student-centered — developmentally appropriate, based on brain research, progressive, and connected to real-world contexts.

    Languages at AIM

The main language of instruction is English. All students also learn Spanish, and Danish is offered to our Danish students. Whenever possible, languages and Mathematics are integrated into thematic units for a cohesive learning experience.

    The 7 Foundations

    Sports & Wellbeing

At AIM, physical activity and wellbeing are an essential part of every student's day. Students enjoy daily Sports/PE lessons, and once a week they also participate in yoga. Wellbeing is a core value woven into the rhythm of school life.

    AIM Middle Years

The International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) for ages 12–14 builds on the IPC foundations with deeper, more independent learning.

Designed around neuroscientific research on the adolescent brain. Every unit built around a conceptual Big Idea — Adaptability, Responsibility, Creativity, Balance — that connects all subjects and gives learning real meaning.

Students can transition smoothly to IGCSE, A-levels, IB, or any international secondary program, thanks to the IMYC's emphasis on critical thinking, independent learning, and conceptual understanding.
